This is my first post, so forgive me if I'm not in the right place.

1. I need some help with PowerPoint 2007. When I start my slide show, often the words are too far left or too far right on the screen. I've determined this is not a projector issue, but a software issue. How do I make changes to a slide show so the words will be centered when projected up on a screen?

2. I have contracted the Vundo Trojan and can't seem to get rid of it. I downloaded a free virus program, but it will not remove the Vundo Trojan. Do I need to buy a copy of Symantec or Norton to get rid of this? I also checked for a restore point, but do not have one.:(

Thanks in advance for any help!

1. I guess "centered" was the wrong word to use. All my text starts from the left margin. When the slide is projected onto the screen sometimes it will be too far left or too far right, cutting off the left-most or right-most text by a letter or two.

2. Thanks!

Is the projector also cutting off a bit of windows (not just the powerpoint)?

I was thinking about how the CRTs had to be adjusted to center the image, cause if you didn't the image area is smaller than it could be or it could cut some parts off.

hmm, I wouldn't think projectors do that... unless you have an old projector that needs to be adjusted or something...

hmm, have you tried changing the resolution?
