I work at Staples and I had two people today ask me questions that I wasn't sure how to answer. The first is after someone bought a brand new laptop, they installed google earth. A few days later this program was no longer found on their computer. They tried to reinstall it and they weren't able to download it due to security reasons. No matter what they did they couldn't install the program. My second question is a man bought a wireless printer. He downloaded the drivers for the printer. Even after he installed the driver, he can not make a connection with his wireless printer. What could he do? Any help is appreciated.

As far as the printer goes, the printers wifi could be turned off, Hp's are notorious for the wifi to be off when you buy it.
As far as the software being missing, someone had to uninstall it or something else since they can't reinstall it. What security message were they getting when they tried to install it again?
