20 seconds for boot Google

Using Windows 10 - It takes 20 seconds to boot Google so how can I fix this?
This might have something to do with this (Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. Were just collecting some error info then we will restart) and this happen 3 or 4 times a day and something 5 minutes it will do the same thing?
To top it off - I get (We recommend viewing this website in Microsoft Edge) and I have both ways I can get Internet sites with Internet explorer and using the star shape icon in edge} So half my sites or on each one and what a mess I have.

Are all other websites fast? How about try using chrome or firefox? If its the same using any browser I would say its an ISP/network issue. Do you know how to ping websites? See attached. Post a screenshot of this outcome.

It's not a ping issue. Google take 20 seconds to boot then all other websites are fast.

Those would need to be fixed bro and are usually indicative of a hardware failure like RAM or other malware/software/driver.

If you are getting blue screens, is it showing an error code or a file name listed at the bottom?

Run this and post the results.

Looks like you may have bad memory, I would run memtest.

How do I run memtest?
When I bring Google up which take 20 seconds I can go to any website and I get the website I click on but then I minimize it I get a website saying "We recommend viewing this website in Microsoft edge" Also I can't bring up 2 websites at the same time, so I have to click on my email each time I want to read it? After bringing up google I can go to a website fast. This is a real mess.

1. Stop using IE as your browser, it's no longer supported for most websites, move to a better browser such as chrome or firefox, use edge as last resort as far as I'm concerned.
