Your newegg links are all dead, but just going by the CPU, it isn't going to game very well unless you can unlock it. Motherboard is pretty low quality as well. (found it by copying the item number from the link...)

Also, the case has a crappy psu in it...I'd avoid that. Between it and the mobo, I don't expect this to last particularly long.

not really....core 2 duo is old technology. many people are selling them for cheap. I am trying to get rid of mine for $250 and it is much much faster than this build.

Heh, you'd be surprised. E8600s are the same price as than i7-950s, despite the i7 being much newer/faster

yes but note i said buy it from someone looking to upgrade to a newer rig. i doubt they will charge you $300 for the processor
