200$ Laptop

My cousin wants a laptop, but he's on a super budget. He wants a dell laptop to pretty much only surf the web and stuff like that. We've been looking at Inspirons and Latitudes on ebay. Have any suggestions for a somewhat old about 200$ laptop (not including shipping)
 
For $200 your probably looking at a Pentium II/III laptop. It may not be able to run XP, but anything earlier should be fine. I'll keep my eyes out for a few good ones <$200.
 
i have a toshiba satellite T2105CS/350 FOR SELL.IT WOULD BE GREAT FOR INTERNET.IT'S AN OLDER LAPTOP LIKE YOU SAID.RUNS 95 WINDOWS,AND ONLY HAS FLOPPY DISK DRIVE,BUT SURE IT COULD BE UPGRADED.LETTING IT GO FOR $150.00 WILL SHIP FOR 15.00 EXTRA. NO SCRATCHES ON SCREEN,GREAT PICTURE.NOT SURE IF THIS IS THE SORT OF THING YUR LOOKING FOR BUT ITS HERE IF YUR INTERESTED.
