200hdd "clicking noise"

Hi everytime i turn my pc, my 200gig hdd makes a clicking sound.

The hdd has worked, but i dont know whats wrong.

Windows will not find it were do i start

clicking = mechanical fault, mechanical fault = dead drive, mecahnical death = BIG money paid to professional data recovery to get your stuff abck, lol. and i mean BIG MONEY....
