200W Stock PSU with 9550SE AGP

Hi. I am intending to upgrade a HP Pavillion 760d desktop which has a stock 200W power supply unit. Due to size constraint for that the optical drive being much longer than most generic ones(OEM), the stock power supply is relatively smaller with max depth of 100mm.
However it does posseses the size of a standard ATX power supply just that it is a reduced depth ATX power supply.

After refering to ceewi1 thread on
http://www.computerforum.com/90110-power-recommendations-video-card.html
There was no indication of the 9550SE in it and was it supposed to be under Other lower/Integrated........250W........18A
The figures are extrapolated can we assumed that the 200W stock power supply can power up the 9550SE vga card?

Here is what I have a plan in mind and hereby requires your opinion.
I am maybe trying to run the Sapphire Ati Radeon 9550SE AGP 4x 128mb vga card off from the stock 200W so called shortened ATX power supply. I wonder what is the amount of possibility can the vga card be powered up?

Additionally I have remove 2 pci cards which are preinstalled which I do not use: 1X modem pci card + 1X firewire card.
Was actually expecting that the 2 pci cards will take off some load from the power supply. What is your take on it?

At the same time just to confirm further with whether does the 9550SE works with the 200W stock power supply.

On a power supply calculator worked out to a total of 142W.

This is the 200W power supply rating(click on the third image to view in larger thumbnail) of 200W max output, +5V-23A, +3.3V-10A, +12V-12A, +5VSB-2A, -12V-0.8A.

Preferably I am not overloading the power supply. Just a reminder that 2 pci slots are removing from thge load and the 9550SE on full load up to 15W.

Edit: +5V & +12V-163W max, +3.3V & +5V-150W max. Both can be seen on the second link itself.

Thanks.

your fine with that power supply.

An extreme thanks to you. Now I have a AGP graphic card compatibilty question. Since it is all related I do off with making another thread on the video section.
Is the Sapphire 9550SE 4x and 8x AGP card a AGP2.0 or AGP 3.0?
Basically my motherboard is a AGP2.0 and supports max up to AGP 4x. ally the compatibility.
After doing some research on http://www.playtool.com/pages/agpcompat/agp.html
found out that the AGP3.0 runs at 4x and 8x on 0.8V although they may fit into a AGP2.0 1.5V slot they may not run.
Now I really require help in verifying if the Sapphire 9550SE is a AGP2.0 or 3.0 vga card. The website did not show this infomration can anyone help?

Not sure if the following link relates to the above but the strange thing is that the second link that I am showing you does not shows 8X.

Many thanks in advance.
