No. This one is specifically addressing if there is any noticeable improvement.

What is the significant difference, in an application like editing video, between 3200 and 2133 mhz.

It most definitely is worth the trouble on AMD Ryzen platform as they love ram speed.

You still get performance benefits on the Intel platform, but it's not as linear.

This seems like a pre-purchase investigatory question.

But yes you add a few %, primary gains are the Infinity Fabric in Ryzen being tied to RAM speed. When you up the DRAM frequency it also increases the clock between CCX modules. I think the 2700x has 2x CCX modules (4 cores each), so you have faster communication between both banks. There's also gains from just 'faster ram' by itself for lower latency and higher throughput, but your primary gains are specific to Ryzen.
