zone alarm only shows windows/system32 trying to connect 216.86.156.91 at port 6667, therefore i don't know the file.

P.S. I might forgot the file so how to c the blocked file in zone alarm?

I wouldn't worry about it too much.
I pinged 216.86.156.91 and it comes back as inoperative.
I put it in www.dnsstuff.com and they say that it's in Chicago:

IP address: 216.86.156.91
Reverse DNS: 91.216-86-156.nozonenet.com.
Reverse DNS authenticity: [Could be forged: hostname 91.216-86-156.nozonenet.com. does not exist]
ASN: 32748
ASN Name: STEADFAST
IP range connectivity: 1

Country (per IP registrar): US [United States]

Country IP Range: 216.86.128.0 to 216.86.191.255

Country (per outside source): US [United States]
Private (internal) IP? No

Putting www.nozonenet.com into a browser window brings up http://steadfast.net, a webhost site.
