So last night I bought a 24” Westinghouse LCD monitor and I had a couple questions about the screen. I noticed that on the top and bottom, especially on the bottom there is a bright white glow which is on the lower part of the screen. The glow is dead center with the logo and spreads out evenly. It kind of seems like it could be back lighting, I did not notice it till the screen saver turned on. I now noticed that the top of the screen has a similar glow, but not as bright. Is this common in bigger LCD monitors or should I take it back? Thanks for all your help!
