do you think this is a resonable graphics card: 256Mb Connect 3D 9250 Tv/DVI, and do you think its ok for games

its a bit outdated, you won't get much performance
save up and get something better

But with your system, getting a better vid card won't do very much good, but it would be an upgrade over what you have now. Dave up for either a radeio 9600 or geforce 6200.

get a 9600xt ATLEAST, its a very nice card at a cheap price.
