26" TV with HD6850

So I got a VIZIO 26" LED 1080P tv, and plugged it to my computer via HDMI, but the resolution is not the best. I tried using catalyst to set the resolution to 1920x1080 and it works but looks like the issue is the refresh rate, as far as i've seen, HD only goes up to 60hz? Anyways, I just don't want everything to look "fizzy" like the font (letters) look a little blurry. Is there any software or driver I can use to mess with settings? I had never used a TV as a monitor so I'm new to this.

This is an issue that I experienced when I used my 32" sharp as a monitor for about a year. As far as I know, you can't do anything about it. I would suggest getting a new 1080p monitor.
