2900XT cooler cover feels like?

how is the 2900XT cooler cover feels like? what kind of plastic it is? does it feel like the hard plastic cover like in the X850XT? same material?
 
How is the cooler cover feels like? I don't think I've ever seen worse grammar.

Anyways, the cooler material feels the same as any other plastic cooler IMO, I had one but I never actually compared it to the x850. What are you looking to do with the cooler?
