2900xtx is free for amd's worker :(

THATS A HUGE ASS CARD, sorry for my language but it IS !

yea I was like damn thats the size of an ultra. I suspect it should be a little better then the gtx from its size lol. But the main reason I'm pissed cause I missed a good chance to buy a card that ain't even available at the market right now.

WOW i didnt think it was that big:eek:

i thought the 8800 looked big aswell:D

That thing is huge!

You'd need a full tower for that beast.. something 18"+ long, so you'd have room for your HDDs :D

EDIT:

For the record, the 2900xtx is 12" long

i wonder if that thing uses the new 60nm core or not.

Thing better be on par with at LEAST the GTX, for as big as it is.

Don't hold your breath. Early test put the Xtx just slightly above the Xt, Hence the reason it was "canceled". I take it they wanted to better revise the core instead of releasing two such cards so similar, It would damage the Xtx name.

It used the same Fab process as the Xt, I believe, whatever that was.
