2Gb>4Gb, performance effect?

jump into a time machine and tell us. MAYBE you'll notice a difference if you run every single one of your programs at startup :D 2gb is enough unless you feel better having all the slots filled in.

I like fillings all the slots, lol. 2Gb will last until I see Crysis...
 
Running all that RAM and having it all free can cause problems. I don't know the science of why it happens but I believe it can happen on VIsta as well, so long as you aren't using it.
 
well i think 4 gb will increase performance. no doubt, a game with such beautiful graphics and so many stuff, will not only need a descend graphic card but a descend amount of ram ! or else how would your PC able to handle all them trees, buildings , vehicles, ocean and other stuff?

Memory Holes? Can someone explain, I don't see the issues? Why would they make such things available only to have problems?
