2gb of ram at 800mhz or 4Gb at 667 mhz??

I'd go with that 2GB of very nice Corsair ram, no doubt.

However, I am curious of the voltages of that Crucial ram. If its 1.8 or 1.9 volts..it could likely easily run up to 800Mhz anyways. And 4GB of 800Mhz ram would be the cats behind.

If this were between lesser 800mhz ram and the 4GB of 667 ram, I might be swayed by the 4GB more.

Ok. The specs on #1 are crap, and if you overclock it they're going to be even worse. If performance is your chief concern, your only viable option is #2 and try and tighten the timings even more.

If it starts using virtual memory, and when you minimize the game, things go really slow and your hard drive is working really hard.

2gb, exactly what theotherone said. i run 1gb and its more than enough for what i do and i do video editing and after affects and such. so 2 will be good.
