2gb or 4gb video card

ok i have two graphics cards that i have in mind.

EVGA 02G-P3-2639-KR GeForce GT 630 2GB 128-bit DDR3

or

MSI N630GT-MD4GD3 GeForce GT 630 4GB 128-bit DDR3

budget is about $60 - $70 not doing anything high end don't really play games much. only looking at about 50 watts or so. trying to design a system that stays around 300 watts and plenty cool. i get nervous with systems that run warm.

also here is the build i am think about doing if this helps any

would really love feedback on the graphics cards.

4gb is pointless, it can't even really get a benefit from the 2gb's. Really an a10-6800k will be more powerful in all aspects from what i can see, but you'll want to up the ram to at least 8gb and a couple bucks for higher speed ram would help it even more.
 
Yeah 4GB on a GT 630 is pointless, so get the 2GB card or even a 1GB card since 2GB is also a bit pointless on a GT 630.

You'll probably save money by going for a card with less RAM.
 
If you do buy a high end card, 3GB is probably the sweet spot for now... Battlefield 4 beta was using close to 3GB on my single screen.
