2nd Monitor, S Video problem

Well, because of some problems with my computer I had to reformat, install all the stuff I had.

One of the few problems that I got is with the S-Video I use. It wont show it as a second monitor, so instead it shows whatever is on my screen when I want it to stretch to the side.

If anyone could tell me how I could fix this so I can set it up as a second monitor, I'd be real greatful.

I've restarted, reconnected the cable and it still shows up, if that helps.
 
Go to display proprites, click the Settings tab, then select the monitor you want to stretch the screen to. If there's not this option, it's probably somewhere in the Advanced menus... This is video card specific so I can't be of much help without knowing what you have.
