I don't see why the 3.4C is so much expensiver than the 3.2C. Just OC it yourself.....:P

The bleeding edge of technology is always the most expensive. You pay a serious premium for the *VERY* latest. If you stay a ways back from the leading edge, you will save some serious money ;)
