3 button + scroll optical mouse

Does anyone know where i can find one? Most optical mice have the scroll wheel act as a third button. I want one that has three buttons w/scroll wheel separate from the buttons. It must be USB and for PC, also.

The only ones I can think of that come close are the big ball mice that you move the ball and it has four buttons, one in each corner, and there is a ring around the ball that acts as your scroll button.

Well, there's an ad i see on this page for a '3-button Optical Mouse" that goes for $199! However, this webpage: http://www.wireless-computing.com/products/comparison.php says it's '2-button...with wheel.' I've seen 4-8 button mice w/ buttons on the side for your thumbs, but those are VERY expensive. Would you happen to have a picture of the trackball mouse you're talking about?
