3 Minijack surround output to coaxial or optical?

My motherboard has the usual 3 minijack surround outputs, one being left right, one for surround, and one for sub/center. My receiver only has hdmi, coaxial, and optical inputs. I was wondering if there is any way to convert the minijacks into one of those formats. By the way, I only have 2 front and 2 rear, no center or sub speakers.

No can do on adapters.... you would be better off to buy a new sound card to support these features and make sure your mother board has a spare slot for sound card.
