3 monitors, RAM w.e.i., and CPU watts

So a few general questions;
  1. Is it possible to do 2 mointors as extended desktop, then have a 3rd monitor a dupilcate of one monitor? Radeon 5450 (dvi, vga, hdmi outputs)
  2. When I overclock my ram speed in bios, my windows experience index drops a point, Should I stay OC or back to stock 1066mhz?
  3. My CPU is an AMD Phenom II x2 555 BE unlocked to a x4 b55, not overclocked. HWmonitor shows 158watts when loaded, is that normal? Seems really high, and unless I chose a windows power profile that allow the cpu to drop to 55watts when idle, the cpu idles high at ~40c. If I chose Blanced power setting, cpu idles at 55watts and 30c

1. From what Ive read about that card you should be able to connect up to three monitors and change the settings in ati CCC for what is displayed on each

2. This is probably because of the increased load on the memory controller. WEI isn't an accurate way of telling what your computer is capable of anyways. You should look into some solid benchmarking tools if thats what you're into.

3. Does this happen with the extra cores disabled as well? It could be that your chip doesnt particularly like being a quad, not all of them are stable in that configuration. I ran a few games quick to try and push my cpu load and temp up, got to 1.37V and around 65C. I idle at around 33C with stock cooling.

Thanks, BTW for the monitor I do not need eyefinity.
For the CPU, it runs stable, never crashed. Ran prime95 and have run a few games.

The only other thing I can recommend is double checking your BIOS settings to control the voltage and maybe doing a rethermal job or changing to better cooling for the temperatures
