3 x Toslink to 1 x Toslink output adaptor

Hey,

Im in need of a Toslink adaptor that can be used to have three toslink inputs, to one toslink outputs.

I have a PC, PS3 and Freeview box all with Toslink outputs, but only one surround sound system.

Is there an adaptor I can buy which will allow me to just connect all 3 cables to the adaptor and have them all output at the same time to the surround sound. I mean not having a switch to change the input device, the adaptor just "funnels" the sound into one. I dont wish to have all three on at the same time, just dont want to have a switch. Id prefer just to turn one device off when im not using it!

There do exist auto sensing ones too that will use whatever source is on.
pros: better for lazy bones like me

Thanks, but when I went into maplin to have a look at this thing its huge. Not somthing id want sitting on my desk.

So there's no such item that will filter all inputs into one?
