300 budget

250gb 7200rpm 250gig seagate hdd
alienware black atx case
dvd rom drive
windows 7 64bit

What I am looking to use this for:
Gaming/Virtual Machines

Looks OK. I'd sooner get this graphics card over the 560 though if you can afford to spend the extra http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202004 it's almost certainly worth the extra cost.

Is that a single 4GB DIMM you have there or 2x2GB?
