Got it changed it all over to a grand total of 394.00 with 2gb/ocz/9800gt, i didnt even see that combo deal for the amd thanks i appreciate it. I have built quite a few computers in the past so i have an old optical laying around, windows xp pro sp2, on the intel build i just missed the 45 dollar hd.

I will still recommend you get AMD due to upgradability in future.

its 10 dollars extra for the kingston, however i do really like there brand and it has never let me down in the past, i should not incur any bottle necking in the amd system should i? just kinda thinking that the dual core might be a bit slow.

Those dual cores wont be slow, they are pretty good cpu's, especially for the price...

There will always be bottlenecking, its just one part that will bring it down, so don't worry about it.

The intel one will outperform the AMD one slightly, and they both need an OS, but I would go AMD because it's a bit cheaper and offers far greater upgradability than the Intel one.
