3080Ti - upgrade worth it?

Hi, there! I have the RTX 3080Ti and use 1440p.
I think that 3080Ti is weak nowadays. It isn’t high-end GPU already. So I wonder when I upgrade to 4080, if the performance increase will be mind-blowing? I read some reviews and everything going to 30% better performance than 3080Ti. I don't know if I counted correctly this 30%. Is 30% a huge improvement? Also I was thinking about upgrade to 4070Ti but somewhere I read that they perform the same. However it is also lie, isn’t ?
Sorry for my bad english. So is it worth it?
Does anyone here have 3080Ti and happy with it?

What's prompting the upgrade from a two-year-old top of the line card? If you're planning to stay with 1440p and aren't using a monitor with a refresh rate over 120Hz, the experience will be marginally better. To answer your question: no, I don't think it's worth it.
