i know have 317mb on my hardrives and im authoring a DVD. and my computer running really slow, could this be a cause of it? i need a new HD just dont have the cash yet :mad:
 
If you only have 317MB of free space, then yes thats why (or partly why) it's running so slow. If your trying to create a DVD, you may want to clear up some disk space.

luckily everthing is transcoded and its onlt the authoring but its the first one ive done and i hope that no more space is need, a few mb will be cool but before i started the project i had 600-ish and now 317mb and its crazy authoring, complicated at the minute hopefully get better though. thanks!!! :D
 
when ever i did stuff with dvd's like authoring or shrinking, it had to write about 4.3gb onto my hard drive before i could burn it.
so that 317mb probably wont cut to make a dvd.
