32 vs 64 bit

There is no compatibility issues with your GPU for 64 bit. only thing you have to look for is whether or not there are any drivers for windows 64bit. if there are drivers then you are fine. As far as the rest of the stuff it doesnt matter either, just make sure your motherboard and GPU have the right drivers for 64bit

Would I be able to run this configuration on windows 32 bit?

Ya you can. You will only have 2.75-3.5GB of memory though because that is the limit for 32-bit XP. 64-bit will give you all 4GB.

Wow, thanks for the heads up....maybe I should only buy 2GB of RAM then and save money? Will the difference be noticeable anyway between 2gb and 4gb of RAM on this system?

No the difference won't be noticeable with XP so you might as well go with 2GB, Vista is a different matter however.
