Lol. There is no way anyone can get excited about the 32nm CPUs when the 45nms havent even been bulk released.

XXnm (nanometer) is the transistor size. The smaller the transistor the more that can be placed within a CPU. The newer technology uses less power therefore cools easier and can be OCed more. The cache size is increased with the new technology as well

Moore's law right? I've heard that we've surpassed Moore's law, is that an overstatement?

No, not surpassed. Skeptics are worried that the trend will end, and we will not be able to keep up with the theory(Doubling amount of transistors in one finite space every two years). So far, the law has been very accurate.

Wow, too bad it will cost over a grand for a 32nm cpu.

How can you predict this?
