$350 budget build

$350 budget to build a rig... what can be done?

I already have a case and GPU... other stuff (dvd rom, rams, psu, etc) I can figure something out but need help on MO and CPU... maybe $200~$250 for MO+CPU combined.

Mostly office task will be done on it, and a little photoshop. Any suggestion would be helpful!

True, which is great, but if he wishes the best bang for the buck, I'd go with the E6750. He could always step down to the P31 line of motherboards too.

yea but with the p35 he would be able to upgrade processors in stead of both because the p35 supports c2ds and quads, i agree that the 6750 is much better, i was just kinda looking for the best 150 or under

And so does the P31. I know for a fact that my GA-P31-DS3L motherboard supports 45nm's, and that it supports DDR2-1066 (on my motherboard), and also C2Ds and Quads.

The P31 is just a cut down version of the P35. The only difference I know is that it supports up to 4GB maximum.
