both are 2.4GHz, San Deigo has 1MB L2 and the Venice has 512KB L2, im planning on heavy overclocking but heat isnt an issue

i was thinking i would as its the same core as the FX series, and its the exact same thing as the FX-53 processor, and with a 200MHz overclock, i have me a FX-55, and a 400MHz overclock, and i have an FX-57.... im hoping to overclock to near 3.4GHz, just need to order my PC4000
