3D modeling and gaming computer build

I am brand new here and looking for some help. I am building a computer that I can run CAD programs on while also having a decent gaming experience. My budget is around $900-$1100 USD. After looking around for a bit, I have come up with a general idea for the type of build I am leaning towards here:

I am still uncertain about the motherboard and GPU I have selected above. I am very new at this, so any suggestions would be awesome. Thanks!

For 3D modeling, I would go with the 8320 for the extra cores.

Cheaper DVD drive without rebate.

I would also suggest an aftermarket CPU cooler since the stock AMD one is very loud, and you then can overclock the CPU.

I've also been looking into an SSD for the operating system and a few of the programs I will be running consistently like Solidworks and MatLab. Any ideas which ones are the best for the price? Thanks for the help!
