How can i boost my score? the highest i got was a pathetic 4355 marks. is the around where my comp should be or lower?

Well you could probably get much higher with a better GPU. You CPU isnt bad.

Now...could you or someone explain how you can flash a card with a totally different bios and it work? I mean, I read a few things where someone flashed their ATI 9500 with a 9600 bios and it worked, but they are apparently also the same card and chipset.

The cards need to be the same core. Such as the 6200 and 6600, which both have the NV43 core. So if you flash a card such as the 7800GT with that of a 7900GTX, the cores are different so it wont work, and it could damage the card.
