3DMark Scores- Are they reliable?

Depends I suppose on what you're thinking ;-)... basicly they give you an idea of a cards performance so it's always nice to ring out a high score but benchmarks mean little in the real world. if your using the score to decide on a purchase then I'd suggest reading reviews and checking out in game benchmarks instead rather then 3dmark.
If your asking because you benchmarked your system then the above still rings true it'll give you a basic idea and i'm sure the program 3dmark is not lying if that's what you mean ;-)..
