3rd party program

i need a 3rd party program for my capture card, since i dont have MCE05
in order to record xbox360 stuff and tv i need a 3rd party prog.

sagetv, isnt working.
iam playing halo2 on my computer threw it, it is laggy i push jump 10 seconds later he jumps.


So.
Whats a good 3rd party prog. if i need to pay, cheap is reasonable

I remembered that Windows Movie Maker should have a function for capturing video and audio from a capture card.

i have a mce2004 computer, too

my heart sank as soon as mce2005 came out

to this day i regret buying this computer, in november 2004, no less

has video inputs on the front AND back, and no video capture programs to speak of
