Or you could get this card here. It would be over twice as good as a 9600GT and has 4 DVI outputs so it's got two 4850s (which are individually superior to a 9600GT) in it and will run 4 monitors.

EDIT: That card is HUGE btw, so you'll need a big case to put it in.

^^I think thats a little overkill for charts/etc.

No, the term for GPU is graphics processing unit. VGA means video cards.
Actually VGA means Video Graphics Array , if you dont believe me google it. GPU technically means the graphics processing unit, but since consumers cant buy a gpu, it refers to the entire card. If you want to be technical it would be graphics card or video card.
