4 graphic cards?

Because some people can afford them and like gaming at high quality settings with high performance. Definatly not for the average gamer or for people on a budget.

ya, sometimes people just like to show off that they can afford that stuff too. not saying everyone does, but i have some friends who buy expensive crap for their computers just because they can and they brag about it.

It's kind of like getting a car that can go 400mph, but only driving it normal speeds in normal area's and never tkaing it on a track.

There is no point at all to even go past 2 cards... Unless you have a nice nice nice monitor u really cant tell the diff after 1600 x 1400

The only times you could possibly need 4 cards:
(a) You want to run something at some obscenely disgustingly high resolution (ie > 2048x1536 on some sort of prototype ultra monitor that can display resolutions that high)
(b) You are running voodoo2s and want to play a new game :P
