4-pin Molex hard drive power dongle

Hi, I'm kinda new to computers and have a question, I am thinking to buy a XFX Geforce 7800GS for a computer i'm building and in the system requirments for the card it says I need (An available 4-pin Molex hard drive power dongle) ???? what is that and where can I get one????:confused: and maybe this is in the wrong place but what kind of ram would I get for a $100 to $130 for a 1gig of OCing ram not big time over clock but some.

the 4-pin molex hard drive power dongle, would be just a normal power connector for harddrives, CD drives and stuff like that. You probably have an extra one hanging around in your case.
