400mHz FSB XP2800+ ?

I seem to remember when I bought my processor a few years back (Athlon XP 2800+ Barton core 333MHz fsb) that there was a 400 MHz version availible. Now I can't find them. Do they no longer exist? I know this processor came out just as the 64 was emerging, so did it just disappear?
