I want to OC my E4300 to 3.4GHz, but is 430W good enough?

Not really, if i were you i would be looking to a decent 500w+ unit

With the system in your sig, a good quality 430W is quite sufficient. Do you have any more info about your system (e.g. brand/model/amperage on the +12V rails)?
