$450 desktop. worth buying?

He won't tell you anything else? The biggest concern is the psu. Though in all honesty, if it is of poor quality you could just replace it. Besides that, the computer is a steal.

For a computer that has been used only about 20 hours or so, there are A LOT of finger traces in the screen, lol... It looks used alright. But I guess that for that price, it's good, even used.

Well the monitor could be older than the computer. Recycled monitor from previous build possibly...

sort of looks more like he tried to clean it with the wrong liquid and it streaked instead of evaporating, some rubbing alchohol is recomended i believe, as a side note, does anyone else have issues with a clean screen the people come over and start poking it with grimmy fingers, idk, my dad just always yells if we poke screens saying it can kill the pixels and all or its bad for it or something.

how does it compareto this computer?
At the time you wanted no more than $400 and no gaming or os.
my first build.

The seller seems a little shady since it has to be by 4 o'clock. And his ad said PC tech and built it, but cant give you any details/specs. And why doesnt it already have an os? His description suggests it should.

I'd take it for a test drive first.
As a matter of fact, I'd probly pass.
