I have a 450w PSU that came with my old computer. I was wondering if you could use it in a gaming computer. If you can't, how much is it worth?

Depends on the connections and what devices you'll be running. 450W is slightly on the low end for a gaming machine.
Price depends on how old it is, what connections are on it, and most importantly, the brand of the PSU.

Depends on what sort of system you're interested in. It's definitely not ideal for a high-end system. It CAN handle a mid end system but I wouldn't recommend it, since all of the components lifetime are shortened a lot. What brand is your PSU?
