Hmmm, nice setup, but I personally would save up more money on the keyboard and mouse, and the extra cd/dvd writer, and the professional into home edition, and go ahead and get the 2 * 1 gb ram or buy a better video card

do u think ati or nvidia cuz i can never make up my mind
Well give us a maximum budget for the card, that will make it easier to choose what company and product.

if i were you id save up the extra money and get the 7900gtx... i think you will be disappointed if you get the 7900gt and then look at what could of been with the gtx

Maybe, but theres a $200 difference between the cards so then again, maybe not. :)

If to go higher than the 7900GT, the X1900XT offers better performance/price ratio.

Alek, you rig could do with a lot of refiniment. It looks very wierd to me!

What are you intending to do with it, is it gaming?
Why 2 cd drives?
are you sure you need xp professional x64 edition (do you even know the difference between xp pro or xp home? ).
Are you overclocking??? if not why the after market cooler ??
Ram is expensive... again are you overclocking
What is your budget overall... looks like $1200 (inc OS)

Answer all these questions

yes this is gonna be gaming but not a hardcore gaming computer, i have no idea how the hell to overclock so i wont be doing that, the two cd drives i need help with that, i dont know what kind of drive i should get if you have any suggestions please do tell, also my budget is around 1000 but it can go maybe 100/200 bucks higher w/e it take, if you have any suggestions on a video card that would be nice, i dont know if i should go with ati or radeon and also if you know which stuff i should take out and new things i should put in that would be very helpful, thanks for all the help

also about the ram i realized what i bought and i am not overclocking i dont think i could do it but which ram do you guys suggest i should get and also im looking at memory and what does all this mean, i can choose DDR2 RAM RDRAM DDR RAM Dual Channel - DDR2
Dual Channel - DDR Overclocking - DDR Overclocking - Dual Channel (62)

ok definatley dont get pro x64 edition. if you even need pro, otherwise get home. why are you buying dual channel ram, your mobo dosent even support it, dont need the big cooler unless yyou are o/c ing. unless you are playing the popular games, cod2 bf2 etc... oblivion,,... you dont need a super duper card. this will do fine, and you can even go down to a 7600GS

edit: also with the drives, ditch both, get a 16x dvd rom/ 52x cd rom. and get a dvd burner that also burns cds. i recomend lightscribe. its cool
