Anyone have an idea on release dates for these chips?

Are these chips really worth the wait? My current setup is crapping out (having serious hiccups) and I am wondering if I should just get the Q6600 or wait for the newer Quads to come out. Anyone able to help out a bit?

The Q9300 was just released, i think you can find it on Tigerdirect. The Q9450's and the others should be out very soon as well.

Q9450 is going for $350ish. If the production on it is low like the E8400, that price will most likely rise as well. Q9550 is said to be around $550

Even though Q9300 have less cache, it performs better because of the 100MHz higher clock speed and because of the architectural improvements introduced in Penryn processors

However, Q9300 might not overclock as good as Q6600 because of the low multiplier.
