hi i was just wondering if should go an extra $120 and get my self a gtx 570 or get a gtx 470

In short. Yes. The 570 is faster, more power efficient and cooler, and is even priced well for the performance bracket.

Yes, I'd advise spending the extra on the 570.
For the price of a 470, I'd go for HD6870 instead anyday, unless you really need PhysX
