4770 vs gts 250

i am getting a silverstone sg05 and i need to know what card to get it would be between the 4850 and gts 250 but i have a 4850 and it throws off a ton of heat which i dont want in this system. also would Intel Pentium E6300 Wolfdale 2.8GHz bottleneck either of these cards?
 
Hey, The GTS 250 will absolutely destroy the HD 4770 card. It is an absolutely awesome card & will play any game on the market. No, it will note bottleneck. The only issue i would have is if you dont have a good enough psu. you would need a min of 400 Watts. Keep that in mind.
 
Going from a 4850 to a GTS 250 your not going to notice any difference really. Pretty equal. The GTS 250 comes out slightly faster. Instead of spending money on a equal card, have you tried turning up the fan, or even getting a aftermarket cooler for it, cheaper then a GTS 250.
 
The 4770 and 4850 are more or less equal. however the 4770 is slightly less powerful, but it consumes less power and makes less noise.

lol no the 4770 mkaes alot more noise its sound like a car thats reving its engine my brothers 4850 is silent
