4870x2 maxing out on Crysis Warhead at 30fps 20 average?

All on max settings. I heard u were able to run this game very smoothly on this card it runs like garbage. Anyone else have this problem or any idea how to fix it? CPU ant 3000mhz no bottlenecking. RAM is 4gb on 32 bit, only reads it at 2.75 gigs, got it for free, can't complain. It clocked down to 400 instead of 800, might that be the problem? Every time i clock it up it goes back down. BIOS says one thing computer says something else (amd overdrive).
 
It's the game man, the game. I have a killer system and I had to bump down my settings to run the game, otherwise it wasn't playable. I have to admit at lower settings it still look fantastic.
