4gb ram on 32b win 7

ok buying a new computer this spring
and i was wandering if i get a 4 GB [2 GB X2] DDR3-1333 Memory Module
can i still use windows 7 32 bit
i dont want to spend the extra $100 on 64bit
because i already have an installer for the 32

You will be able to install 4gb of RAM in your system but Windows will only be able to access about 3.5gb of it.

As long as the RAM is compatible with your hardware, you should have no trouble.

id buy the 64 bit honestly... then if you want more ram you dont have to reinstall windows, but thats my $0.02

it will wrk fine as long as its cmptble withyer motherboard...Ram 667,mhz,1333,1600...etc. so it shud be fine like salvage said but 32bit OS's only recognize around 3.5~3.75 gb of RAM...which is also the amount it will use.
