$500-$600

I might not be getting a new comp right now, but maybe later. i was just wondering wut specs you could get with $500-$600. i play games on my computer like (enemy territory, san andreas) so want OK video card. maybe if its cheap enough and good enough i could get a new rig :)
 
what so you want to upgrade what you have now?
for that much, you could but the new am2 processor and motherboard or you could get the x2 w/mb and a new gpu.
 
for 500 dollars your not going to get anything really, i tried it before. you are better off upgrading what you have now. get a new mobo, and a nice processor, and more memory and a better vid card.

If you really need that 50 bucks than buy one gig of ram and put that other stick in there that you have. With this setup, you keep your monitor keyboard mouse, HDD, and cd drives
 
yes with that budget way2evil's config seems good...getting a fairly nice video card with that setup...one minor issue lol....i would get different cheaper memory.
