500 MHZ memory clock OC?!?!

Hey

I've a witnessed a very strange thing. Check this out (Look at GPU Clock)

It's very weird, Everest shows something different:

I installed Riva tuner later on, and it asked me to reboot - which I did - and at the next reboot, when I entered XP my screen went like hell! Everywhere stripes, I couldn't see a thing! It's like a TV when you don't get a channel and your screen is al grey. It was something like that.

Help me please! I don't have the guts to return to XP.

I dunno if this works in Vista, but hold down ctrl while you're booting into windows, then hunt down rivatuner and reset the OC.
 
Boot into safe mode (press F8 as windows is booting). If the problem is software based (Riva Tuner), then booting into safe mode should prevent that software from loading. If your display is still wacky, then it's possible that your graphics card has been damaged.
 
My GPU isn't damaged because it works perfectly in Vista, even @ games. But i'll try to uninstall Riva tuner.
This Card cannot be damaged, it's a beast!

That what I meant. Holding down the control button during boot will stop the video card from being altered in any way. thus allowing you to figure out what's up, hopefully. Safe mode would be the next step, imo.
 
I don't know which step helped, but this is what I did:

-I have uninstalled Riva tuner trough Vista
-Hold down the CTRL button on boot.

It was still happening, but when I pressed in the CTRL button, it was oke. I realized that the newest drivers were the cause. Because, after installing the newest drivers, I got this problem: http://www.computerforum.com/107697-problems-3d-low-power-3d-performance.html
Same counts for Vista. Good thing that I always keep the previous setup of the nvidia driver in cause the newest one has a bug. So what I did was, uninstall the newest one and install the old one, now everything works perfectly.
